Abstract

PTPN XII Mumbulsari is a company engaged in the plantation are always working to improve the quality in order to compete with companies lain.Salah of the efforts is to assess performance against karyawannya.Penilaian conducted annually by distributing questionnaires to its employees work assessment. The process is still manual and implemented in the form of a book. So it takes a long time to make an assessment of data. Such assessment is not relevant to the actual circumstances and therefore can not be used as a basis for decision making. Activity methods used in making the learning media is a prototype. The results obtained from the implementation of the final project, entitled "Decision Support System Employee Performance Appraisal methods Profile Matching" is a Decision Support System for Employee Performance Assessment as an alternative in making decisions for promotion.
