Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria mycobacterium tuberculosis. This disease if left untreated will spread to all the residents of the house. The case study hospital lungs - pulmonary jember who has dealt with this difficult disease to reach the patient for treatment. Untu it make implementation of TB Patient Monitoring Information System Based Mobile The method used in the manufacture of such a system is using waterfall method. The waterfall method is a sequential software development process. The results of this system in the form of SMS information for patients to take medicine every day, intensive phase that every two months the first to take medicine every day is red then the advanced stages of four months every week four times. Sms time for taking medicine, time for sputum examination, and the moon to be declared cured.
