Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever or abbreviated DHF is a disease caused by the dengue virus by the Aedes Aegypti mosquito intermediary. There are four types of dengue virus are DEN 1, DEN 2, DEN 3 and DEN 4, each of which can lead to dengue, whether mild or fatal. Based on a survey Health Office (DHO) Jember recorded during January 2015 of 300 cases of dengue patients, 7 of them died. In a previous study that the fuzzy method can be a solution to see the potential for the spread of dengue disease in Jember. The parameters are used, among other things, precipitation (CH), days of rain (HH), larva-free number (ABJ) and the house index (HI). Data were used from 2009 to 2012 from 31 districts. However, the flaws in the study did not discuss ways to complete the data input is empty (missing inputtation), the fact that the survey data or data in the field is often incomplete. Given these problems then made a prediction system on the imputation of missing data is the spread of dengue fever by using Naïve Bayes. And data referring to predictions of missing data and data which will serve as the training data can be processed further.
