Abstract
Criminality is all sorts of form actions and deeds that harm economically and psychologically that violate applicable laws in the country of Indonesia as well as social norms and religion, may imply that,acts of criminality is everything acts that break the law and violate social norms, so that the public opposes it. Polres Jember is on the road of r. a. Kartini, no. 17, Jember, East Java is the expected number of agencies could provide security and protection to the community mainly residing in the territory of Jember, then of needed systems that can handle the data accurately, quickly, and accurately. The crime that occurs in the territory of the city of Jember is mapping objects can be used. Mapping-shaped marker on google maps by providing criminal information in the region. The city of Jember has many districts, geographic information systems this is only taking 3 sub-district sumbersari, patrang, and kaliwates. The type of crime that will be used as a conventional information materials is a crime such as kidnapping, assault, extortion, theft, violence, wrestling and so on.
