Abstract

A writing exam is one of the conditions to obtain a licence. Many of the difficulties and even communities experience failures in performing the exam paper. By the time they experience a failure, then have to repeat again the week before him. This is a huge waste of time for the community when returning back to the Polres should for doing the test driver's license. Advances in technology now evolves rapidly especially android-based also affect developments in several fields. Therefore made an application of simulation Test write and Plot the creation of a driving license (SIM)-based Android. Systems development methods is the process of developing or changing a software system by using methods or models that people use to develop software systems and a system before it has a Groove to live software for sequential or ordered starting from the analysis, design, coding, testing, and supporting stage.
