Abstract

Polyclinic YayasanBina Bhakti is a public health service agencies located in Serpong, South Tangerang that provide services to outpatients of more than 40 people. Polyclinic which has considerable number of patients to be able to provide the best possible service in the process of medical examination as well as in the processing of patient data and medical records of patients. Computerized data processing indispensable for any agencies both government agencies, health authorities or others, including the Polyclinic YayasanBina Bhakti. In addition to data storage security, it will also help every officer in doing his job. Processing of medical data of patients in Polyclinic YayasanBina Bhakti is still done manually, with notes on a book of registration of patient visits and noted a history of patient's medical record on a card medical record so frequent problem of human error like error in writing the name, recording a history of medical records patient, preparing reports that are sometimes less accurate and a search of medical records that take a long time. Therefore, it will be made the design of an information system polyclinics to assist officers in the process of work, especially in administrative services and computerized data processing to be more efficient and more leverage as well as data storage media history of the patient's medical records are computerized. Clinic Information System will be designed to use desktop-based programming language will then be developed with the software Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server.
