Abstract

MTs (MTs) are on the bottom rung of formal education equivalent to high school (SMP) it's just more about the Islamic religious education, MTs Nurul Hikam one of them. MTs MTs Nurul hikam is strategically located less so most students / siswinya dishonest as in the delivery of information existing dues. So the Parent (Guardian) feel cheated by the son / daughter and the resulting contamination of the good name of the MTs. Therefore, it needs an information system that can help bridge between the Institute Studentship with Parent (Guardian) in dissemination of information about existing dues. System recommendations made using prototyping methods. Prototyping method is a method which prioritizes customer complaints or needs. So, the goal of these methods is to satisfy the customer. In addition, data on can be very valid because the data was obtained directly from the customer. This research was conducted using the methodology prototyping. to design systems that use power tools designer to create a unified modeling language (UML), use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. In the system making use tools are Adobe Dreamweaver and XAMPP with PHP programming language.
