Abstract

Panti Health Center has been using SIMKES since February 2024; however, its implementation has not been optimal due to the absence of training, IT staff, a complete list of clinics, and technical issues such as report errors and data mismatches with the Health Office’s requirements, which have resulted in registration times exceeding the standard. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of SIMKES using the HOT-Fit method with a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, documentation, and discussions involving 10 SIMKES users. The results show that only 40.37% of the indicators are in accordance, with the technology aspect scoring the lowest (11.1%). The top improvement priority is the appointment of IT staff. It is recommended that Panti Health Center assign temporary IT personnel, conduct training, improve network infrastructure, develop SOPs, and optimize SIMKES usage. The Health Office is advised to provide IT positions, conduct training, update system features, enhance integration, allocate budgets, provide official guidelines, and carry out regular evaluations.
