Abstract

The recording of anthropometric data at the posyandu is still using a method of selling, thus causing the excel file to be used is very large and takes some time to open the file. The recording process takes a considerable amount of time through midwives who enter data into KMS books and excel files, and nutritionists combine the files. The purpose of this study is to design and create an information system for categorizing the nutritional status of toddlers at pulolor puskesmas using the waterfall method and zscore formula to determine the nutritional status of toddlers. The result of this study is a web-based information system that can categorize the nutritional status of toddlers, display graphs, import files and export files
