Abstract
As the demand for efficiency and quality in petis production continues to grow among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), technological innovation is needed to replace the traditional manual stirring process. This study evaluates the performance of an automatic petis stirring machine designed specifically for MSME use, focusing on operational effectiveness and product consistency. The machine was developed to address common issues in manual petis processing, such as inconsistent final product quality. Testing was carried out by comparing manual and automatic stirring methods in terms of processing time, texture homogeneity, and temperature stability during operation. The results show that the automatic stirring machine significantly improves production efficiency and yields petis with more uniform texture. Therefore, this machine has the potential to serve as an appropriate technological solution to support quality enhancement and productivity in MSME-based petis production.
