Abstract
Unstructured administrative and financial management can lead to financial losses and hinder company operations. CV. Lumintu Energi Persada, a company engaged in the vegetable oil industry, still manages transaction records and administrative documents manually. This issue drives the development of a website-based Accounting Information System (AIS) to support the company’s administrative and financial management. This research uses the Waterfall method, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system design involves ERD, UML, and interface prototyping using Figma. The system is implemented using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the Database. System testing is conducted using the black box method combined with Use Case testing to ensure all features function as expected. The developed system provides features such as purchase and sales reports, profit and journal reports, as well as administrative management for task and delivery letters. Evaluation results indicate that the system can reduce recording errors, speed up administrative processes, and support data-driven decision-making. This system is expected to enhance the overall quality of the company’s internal management.
