Abstract

The research location is located at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera Jember. This research aims to influence of occupational safety and health on employee‟s productivity of the section repair core production veneer at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera Jember. This study is collected 72 samples which they are employees of the section repair core production veneer. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The result of this research shows that: (1) Simultaneously, the variable of work safety (X1) and occupational health (X2) have significant effect on employee’s productivity (Y); (2) Partially, work safety variable (X1) has significant effect on employee’s productivity (Y); and occupational health variable (X2) has significant effect on employee’s productivity (Y); (3) The most dominant variable affecting the employee’s productivity (Y) is work safety (X1).
