Abstract

The borrowing and return system at the Puskesmas Paiton still uses a manual system where borrowings and returns are recorded in the medical record expedition book. Other conditions that can be a problem include the use of tracers that are still manual using buffalo paper and only have the poly name written on them, which at any time the tracer can fall out of the medical record file. The purpose of this research is to design and create a web-based information system for borrowing and returning medical records at the Puskesmas Paiton. This type of research is research and development research using the prototype system development method. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The result of this research is a Web-Based Information System for Borrowing and Returning Medical Record Files which can assist in borrowing and returning medical records at the Puskesmas Paiton.
