Abstract
Indonesia produces a wide variety of agricultural and livestock products, including poultry. According to 2019-2021 data, West Java and East Java are the largest duck egg producers. Brebes is renowned for its traditional salted egg production. The labor-intensive and time-consuming process of cleaning eggs requires a more efficient solution. This research aims to meet the needs of UD Telur Asin Jaya Jember by developing an economical, effective, and fully automatic salted egg cleaning machine. The final project report employs a developmental method, which involves redesigning and enhancing an existing tool to create a more advanced version. The advantage of using an Android application for monitoring is that it allows for wireless, remote control and easy updates or new features in the future. This project explores the use of an Android application in monitoring an Automatic Salted Egg Cleaner. The device operates with a microcontroller that connects to Wi-Fi and communicates with Android devices. This process is facilitated by an ESP32 microcontroller, which sends data to the Android device to display or visualize through the created application. The research developed an Automatic Salted Egg Cleaner that can be monitored via an Android app using Wi-Fi connectivity. Using the Android app allows for wireless remote control and easy development for future updates or new features. This system is expected to effectively simplify real-time control and monitoring and improve the operational efficiency of the device.
