Abstract

In 2015 to 2019, RSUD prof. Dr. WZ Johannes does not send SIRS reports online to the Directoral General of Business Development Health Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in full. From 27 There are only less than 50% of the reports that must be sent annually sent annually. This study conducted an analysis of incompleteness of sending SIRS reports online by Prof. Dr. WZ Johannes Kupang in 2015-2019 based on management elements consists of man, money, matherial, mechine and methods. Purpose of research it is analyzing the problem using five elements management namely man, money, method, material, machine which will then be determined the priority of the problem using the method of urgency seriousness growth (ultrasound). The data collection method used was interviews, observation, documentation and urgency, seriousness and growth (USG). Research This is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study are There are several factors that greatly affect the work of the internal officers management of SIRS reports online, namely the absence of incentives for officers, no there is a computer that helps officers work and there is no policy as well as SOPs on data recording and online SIRS report management. in fix the existing problem, there are several suggestions given for carried out, among others, the provision of incentives for related officers online SIRS reports, procurement of computers that can help work officers as well as making policies and SOPs on data collection and online SIRS report management.
