Abstract

Increasing production of sorghum plants can be done by managed by fertilizer system that contains several nutrients needed in plants. The aim of this research is to increase sorghum production through the application of pineapple peel POC. Using pineapple peel POC can reduce the use of inorganic fertilizer from the recommended dose. This research will be carried out from November 2023 to February 2024 on agricultural land in Antirogo-Jember village. The research design used was a non-factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK), the factor used was giving pineapple skin POC with 6 levels of treatment and repeated 4 times. The treatment of giving pineapple peel POC consisted of Control,31ml/l,62 ml/l, 93 ml/, 124 ml/l and 155 ml/l. The research conducted showed that a concentration of 31 ml/l had an influence on plant height and stem diameter. However, the use of pineapple peel POC did not show a significant difference in the effect on the variable number of leaves.
