Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the web-based Animal Health Workers (Docternak) Information System through the implementation of Website Usability Testing by adopting the System Usability Scale (SUS) methodology. The data collection method applied in this research involved a questionnaire instrument, with the research sample consisting of 40 participants. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach. The evaluation results show that the accumulated SUS score of respondents reached 2250, with an average score of 56.25. The interpretation of this score indicates that the user's Acceptability Range level is in the Marginal High category, the Grade Scale is classified in category D, the user's Adjective Rating is in the OK category, and the SUS Score Percentile Rank is in grade D. These findings imply that the Dokternak web platform still requires evaluation comprehensive and further development to optimize functionality and user experience.
