Abstract
Incomplete (KLPCM) is an indicator of the quality of nursing care. Citra Hospital Husada Hospital checks KLPCM using Excel. The use of Excel for KLPCM there are still some shortcomings such as the lack of specific checking columns in Excel and not user friendly. in Excel and not user friendly. In addition, KLPCM checking checking using Excel also requires high accuracy, because the input column is small. which is small. Based on this statement, a system is needed that can assist officers in performing their duties quickly and precisely. Research This research is a prototype method research with data collection methods through interviews, observation, documentation. The analysis stage is through analysis of problems and system requirements. The prototyping stage uses a flowchart system, Context Diagram, DFD, and ERD and Interface Design. Stage of making program using the PHP programming language, Framework CSS Bootstrap, database MySQL, and Laravel PHP Framework. The testing stage uses blackbox testing. The result of the research is an incomplete information system information system for filling out website-based medical records information system that can simplify and overcome existing problems.
