Abstract

Based on the results of the initial test analysis of the Jember Regency BPBD website, with a final percentage value of 60%, which value is included in the Okay category, with a mean value of 2.39, which is based on the category on the likert scale, meaning that the user does not agree that the Jember Regency BPBD website is appropriate with user needs. For the people of Jember, the website still has many shortcomings, including nothing real-time disaster information when there are indications of disasters in Jember, especially floods. Apart from that, there is also no clear information regarding the list of disaster friends in the Jember Regency BPBD, and the most important thing is the lack of user ease in using the website so that users want the platform to be changed to mobile-based. This problem is the main reason for designing a mobile-based disaster response information system at BPBD Jember Regency. The research method used is the User Centered Design (UCD) method with the Quality in Use Integrated Measurement (QUIM) testing method. Results of final usability measurements got a percentage score of 84%, which is in the Excellent category, with a mean score of 3.37, which means it is based on the user's Likert scale agree that the ui/ux design of the Jember Regency BPBD mobile application is in accordance with user needs. From the results of the usability measurements, when compared with the initial usability measurements, there are an increase in the percentage value of 24% with an increase in the mean value of 0.98. From this final usability measurement it can be concluded that the ui/ux design the new one has better usability than before.
