Abstract

The number incomplete inpatient medical resumes at the Restu Ibu Pratama Inpatient Clinic in January–March 2024 was 56.7%. This shows that there are still several medical resume form items that are not complete according to the SPM, namely 100%. The aim this research is to analyze the factors causing incomplete filling out medical resume forms for inpatients at the Restu Ibu Pratama Inpatient Clinic. This type research is qualitative with data collection techniques, in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects in this study were 2 DPJP, 4 nurses and 2 PMIK. Results research on predisposing factors including knowledge, attitudes and education are factors that cause incomplete completion the medical resume form. Enabling factors include facilities and training which are factors that cause incomplete filling out the medical resume form. Strengthening factors including SOP and motivation are factors that cause incomplete filling in the medical resume form. Conclusion this research is that factors causing incompleteness include lack knowledge DPJP and nurses regarding the standard time for filling out medical resume forms, lack responsibility DPJP and nurses in filling it out, DPJP dan nurses have never attended training in filling out medical resume forms, there is no SOP and strict punishment for DPJP and nurses. The researcher's suggestion is that the clinic is expected to implement the suggested improvement efforts to minimize incompleteness in filling out the medical resume form.
