Abstract
Testing is crucial in software development. This research aims to test and evaluate the JTI Information Technology Department Reading Room Website. The testing methods employed in this research are User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Black Box Testing. Black Box Testing is utilized to assess the functionality of the JTI Reading Room Website, while User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is employed to evaluate its alignment with user requirements. Black Box Testing results indicate a 100% success rate, signifying that all features and buttons on the JTI Reading Room Website function properly. User Acceptance Testing reveals an average percentage score of 86.4%, indicating that the JTI Reading Room Website is "Highly Suitable" for user needs.
