Abstract

Research on the effect of giving cow rumen decomposer on the decomposition process of sugar cane blotong was conducted in September 2022 - January 2023 at the Bioscience Laboratory of Jember State Polytechnic. This research was conducted using a descriptive method by observing changes in the content of sugar cane blotong during the 21-day interval period and then analyzed. The results of the data after that are explained descriptively. With parameters to compare the difference in the percentage of blotong content during the manufacture of organic fertilizer. Based on the results of research on the Effect of Cow Rumen Decomposer on the Decomposition Process of Sugarcane Blotong, the results of the C / N ratio of sugarcane blotong value of 20.79% were obtained. Giving cow rumen decomposer sugar cane blotong after 21 days the C / N ratio value of 9.62% and after 42 days the C / N ratio value of 9.48%.
