Abstract

Wuluhan is one of the sub-districts in Jember Regency that produces the highest coconut with very thick coconut meat quality. Coconut fruit can be processed into various processed products that have a high selling value. In addition, part of the coconut fruit that is considered waste can be used as a derivative product that has economic value. Coconut flesh can be made into Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) products which are beneficial for health. Meanwhile, grated coconut waste can be used as dry grated coconut and coconut water waste can be used as coconut syrup. In addition, coconut shells which are considered waste can be processed into activated charcoal products. This partner has enormous potential to develop coconut processed products. So far, partners only sell coconuts in coconut and copra granules. This community service activity provides increased knowledge and skills of partners in developing coconut processed products in the form of VCO, Dry Grated Coconut, Coconut Syrup, Activated Charcoal. This activity also motivates UMKM Berkah Sejahtera to develop the types of products sold.
