Abstract

The implementation of the retention and destruction activities of the Gedongan Health Center is still done manually. These activities cause officers to work outside of working hours because they have to record inactive medical record files one by one to the cleavage list. This study aims to design and create a retention and destruction information system at the Gedongan Mojokerto Health Center. The type of research used is system development with the scrum method and uses qualitative data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The research subjects consisted of the head of medical records and the head of the health center. The object of this research is the patient's medical record file. The results of the study based on the product backlog stage are in accordance with the needs consisting of a retention menu, destruction, and minutes report. The sprint planning stage with design design produces use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The sprint backlog stage produced an overall system with an estimated time of 30 days. The sprint stage is carried out by building a system using the MySql database and the PHP programming language. The sprint review stage uses blackbox testing to assess the results of functional tests which show that the retention and destruction system can function with innovations in the form of retention and destruction report features and storage of scanned files in pdf format. As for efforts to develop system improvements to make it more complex by adding features that can connect the patient database system per year between SIMPUS and the retention and destruction system.
