Abstract
The process of borrowing and returning medical records at the Health Center Semboro Jember got some problems, thera are the failure of tracer as a marker for files that would come out of the storage room, as well as the registration of loans and returns that were still manually carried out in the expedition book. The purpose of this research is the design of a website-based electronic tracer system. It is a research and development study using interviews and documentation methods and using waterfall system development methods. The result of this study was a websitebased electronic tracer design that contained patient data, doctor data, officer data, loan data, return and report data. The system has advantages of being able to use a police officer as a lending officer to borrow medical records by looking at the patient's name or medical record number to be borrowed and being able to print electronic tracer accompanied by QR Code to submit to the filling section medical record officer. Meanwhile, medical records officers can add patient datas, officer datas, doctor datas verify the return of files that have been returned by police officers or loan officers, return notifications and delay charts.
