Abstract

The implementation of outpatient services at the Grujugan Bondowoso Health Center still uses manual methods causing several issues that need to be solved. Old patients who visit often do not bring KIB, causing registration staff to face difficulties in finding and providing patient medical record files. If the file searched for is not found, the staff creates a new file which has an impact on multiple medical record files and the patient's medical information history becomes unsustainable. Duplication of medical record numbers also often occurs, so staff have difficulty identifying patient data and take a long time to search for patient data. The high number of general poly visitations also has an impact on the performance of doctors who use manual medical records, causing the inability to provide fast service. The purpose of this study was to design and create a web-based outpatient information system in general poly at the Grujugan Bondowoso Health Center. This research uses the waterfall method with data collection techniques, observation, interviews, documentation, and brainstorming. The result of this research is a web-based outpatient service information system at the general polyclinic of the Grujugan Bondowoso Health Center which makes the work of officers easier with features for inputting and searching patient data, printing KIB, sending KIB via WhatsApp, inputting patient examination data, printing examination results, printing health certificates, printing drug prescriptions, making patient visit reports, poly visit reports, patient diagnosis reports, non-communicable disease reports, prescription reports, referral reports, top 15 disease reports, and morbidity data reports.
