Abstract

Based on the results of preliminary studies conducted at the Nutrition Care Center, problems were found, namely patient registration and recording of medical records were still carried out manually because there was no computerized system. The absence of an information system at the Nutrition Care Center is due to limited facilities, namely personal computer in the registration section, in the nutrition assessment room, and in the nutrition counselor's room. Another problem is that the examination results are given to patients in the form of paper. This study aims to design and create a SIP-Kes at the Android-based Nutrition Care Center. The advantages of SIP-Kes are that it can upload InBody sheets, there is a selection of leafleat types and patients can register online. The method used is the prototype method: identifying user needs, developing and adjusting prototypes, creating systems, testing, modifying systems and operating systems, and making SIP-Kes using Dart programming language with Flutter framework and Mysql database. They are supported by calculating user satisfaction with SIP-Kes using the Likert scale method with the results of the range of satisfaction level values 4.2 - 5, including in the very satisfied category. The results of this study are that a SIP-Kes can facilitate officers in implementing nutrition services at the Nutrition Care Center.
