Abstract

Total Incomplete filling Resume impatient care in hospital Baladhika Husada Jember, namely as much as 47% with a total sample taken in April-September as many as 593 files. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause incomplete filling of medical resume sheets based on performance variables, namely personal factors, leadership, team, system, and situation. This type of research is qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, documentation, interviews, by determining the priority of the problem as well as efforts to improve using USG, and brainstorming. The results of research on factors personal namely due to the lack of awareness of the officers on the importance of training and the lack of individual commitment of the officers at work; factor leadership caused by a lack of guidance from the leadership and the absence of a system reward and punishment; factor team namely due to the lack of a sense of responsibility of officers in carrying out their duties in completeness resume medical and assembling; factory system caused by the absence of SOP regarding completeness resume medical and lack of socialization about manuals; factor situation because the officers do a lot of work and the doctor's schedule is too tight. This study concludes that the factors causing incomplete filling in medical resume sheets are personal, leadership, system, and situation factors. The suggestions given are SOP recommendations that can be used as reference materials and can be set as SOPs for completing medical records at Baladhika Husada Hospital, Jember.
