Abstract
Analysis of the completeness of outpatient medical records at the Bodag Trenggalek is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, this causes several problems including requiring high accuracy, the results of the analysis of the completeness of medical record are stored in the form of an excel file if an error occurs in the computer data can be lost. Analysis of the completeness of completing the road medical record manually will have an impact on the inability of the medical record officer to provide fast reports on the completeness of the road medical record. The purpose of this research is to speed up the process of analyzing the completeness in outpatient medical records, improve the performance of medical record officers, and make it easier to fill out incomplete outpatient medical records. The system design method uses the prototype. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this study is an information system for analyzing the completeness of outpatient medical records which makes it easy for medical record officers to carry out analysis and makes it easier for medical record officers to remind doctors, dentists, nurses and midwives in completing medical records.
