Abstract

Over time, the development of SIMRS will always experience updates based on ideas or ideas submitted and also adjusted to the needs of each user. To find out whether the development and improvements that have been made can be assessed in accordance with the needs of users or users, periodic evaluations are needed. At RSUD Dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo, there are obstacles and technical and non-technical problems that hamper the efficiency, effectiveness, professionalism, performance, and access and services of the Hospital. The purpose of this study was to conduct an evaluation using the PIECES method to support the management process at RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. The type of research used is qualitative using data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. Researchers applied triangulation of sources and techniques as a test of the validity of the data. Based on the results of the research, there are problems with Throughput and Respontime indicators on the Performance variable, reusability indicators on the Economic variable, integrity and security indicators on the Control variable, and accuration and reliability indicators on the Service variable. All problems in SIMRS will be analyzed for problem priority using the USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) method and provide recommendations for improvement with Brainstorming.
