Abstract
Information System for animal health workers (Dokternak) is an information system that makes it easier for animal keepers, be it livestock/pets, to consult with veterinarians. Apart from that, animal keepers can also find it easier to find the nearest animal health center (Puskeswan), can find out the vet's free schedule online, and can more easily share experiences with others. In addition, with this application, veterinarians can easily find patients to fulfill their practice activities. The information system for animal health workers which addresses www.dokternak.id is still rarely visited by the public, namely around 1 to 2 people per month. Based on analytics on the website, this problem occurs due to several factors such as a less user friendly user interface. So this research activity will analyze and design the user interface for the animal health system using the design sprint method. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques to find out what problems were experienced by users. Lastly, user validation is carried out to ensure that the solutions that have been made can solve user problems.
