Dengue fever is an acute disease caused by viral infection carried by female Aedes aegypty and albocatos mosquitoes. In 2020 Puskesmas Mungkid reported 73 cases of dengue fever, 2021 they were 20 cases, and 158 cases in 2022. These data show that there has been an increase, so that control and prevention efforts are necessary, which can be carried out by mapping and forecasting future cases. This research aims to present the result of mapping the distribution of DF cases in the working area of Puskesmas Mungkid 2022 and forecasting DF cases in the work area of the Puskesmas Mungkid 2023. The result of this research that highest cases occurred in Mungkid with 25 cases, female was higher with a total 85 cases, dominated by children with 73 cases, DF cases dominated with 97 cases, and the highest forecasting result are in January 2023 with 15 cases. It can be concluded that area with high cases are located close each other, dominated by female, more common in children, more cases of DF occur, and the forecasting result show an upward trend. It is hoped that future research will use more than one forecasting method and examine other factors in more detail.
