Abstract

The existing system at the Jember Family Healthy Home Clinic still has several features that need to be added or developed, one of which is patient registration. Currently, patient registration at the Rumah Sehat Keluarga Clinic can only be accessed directly in a place that does not rule out the possibility that it will take a long time to wait in line if the clinic is busy. Manual medical records in the Family Healthy Home Clinic will have an impact on the clinic's inability to provide fast service and can add to the workload of medical record officers. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based clinical information system to facilitate the service process at the Jember Family Healthy Home Clinic which can improve service quality and data processing at the Jember Family Healthy Home Clinic. The system design method uses the prototypes method which consists of identifying needs, building prototype and adjusting to the wishes of the user, building the system and then adjust the system to the wishes of the user. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this study is a Web-Based Outpatient Electronic Medical Record System that can assist in patient health service activities at the Jember Family Healthy Home Clinic
