Abstract
Rice is a part of grain which is already separated from rice husk that was already covered rice. CV Serampang Jaya is a company that engaged in the milling, production, and selling rice that from Desa Maskuning Kulon, Kecamatan Pujer, Kabupaten Bondowoso. Purpose of this research for knowing how application of control quality of rice and causing of problem about rice integrity, colour, and cleanliness rice with method of statistical process control (SPC). Tools that we using is control chart p, pareto chart, cause and effect diagram, and capability processes (Cp). Teh result of this reserch the control chart showing that variable integrity, colour, and cleanliness rice still on the line of control limit. Result pareto diagram showhing that disability of product that mostly happen is variable ingtegrity rice is 37,5%. Capability process showing that control quality is on the line of control limit. The reason of the product cause of the material grim that still young, grim from the place near with beach, machine polise that overload, the method milling that not match. Company hopes that can maintain or upgrade integrity quality so it’s can makes the product great.
