Abstract

PT Perkebunan XII Ngrangkah Pawon is a state-owned company, one of which is coffee production. Coffee processing is done using a machine to facilitate processing on a large scaleProcessing on a large scale causes the machine to suffer damage if it is not properly maintained. Machine damage will affect and hinder the production process. Machine maintenance aims to keep the machine in the best condition. There are 2 machine maintenance policy methods, namely repair maintenance and preventive maintenance. Repair maintenance is machine maintenance that is carried out when the machine is damaged while the preventive maintenance method is machine maintenance that is carried out on a scheduled basis so as to prevent fatal engine damage. This study uses one machine, namely a raung washer machine. The results obtained from this study are that in a 3 year period the lowest and optimal cost value is the repair maintenance policy with a value of Rp. 811.486 in 2020, Rp. 177.709 in 2021, and Rp. 517.736 in 2022. Maintenance recommendations are given to improve the maintenance system in the company so that the machine condition is maintained.
