Abstract
ARI is an acute inflammation of the upper and lower respiratory tract caused by microbial, bacterial or viral infections without or with the pulmonary parenchyma. ARI is the group with the highest incidence rate compared to other disease groups. Puskesmas Kanigaran has several services provided to the community, namely dental poly, sanitation poly, physiotherapy poly, nutrition poly, general poly, maternal and child health poly, VCT (Voluntary Counseling Testing) poly and Laboratory. From the interview results, the high rate of ARI in toddlers is caused by the lack of information received by the public, especially parents, about the dangers of ARI and how to handle it. The type of research used is Research and Development with the waterfall method. The data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation and brainstorming. The result of this study is the ISPA Disease Diagnosis System in Toddlers using the Naïve Bayes method which can help in overcoming ARI in the working area of the Kanigaran health center. In this system, there is a diagnosis menu for users, a patient data menu, testing data, disease data, ARI data for officers at the MTBS poly. The advantage of this system is the use of an android-based system to make it easier for officers and parents to use the application on an ongoing basis.
