Abstract

In the implementation of information systems Kalisat hospital having some problems are based onaspect the human of information systems is not in accordance with the needs of users, based on aspects of the organization in the implementation of SOP SIMRS has not been found and is based on aspects of technology features that are not running optimally. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of human with variable indicator of user satisfaction, organization with variable indicator procedure of teamwork and technology with the indicator variable quality of the SIMRS in RSD Kalisat. This type of research is quantitative withapproach. cross sectional. Methods of data collection in this study using observation, interviews, and questionnaire. The results obtained in this study is the perception of users on aspects of human variable user satisfaction is quite good, on aspects organization in the variable working procedure of the team is not good, in the aspect of technology in the variable quality of the system is quite good, at variable utilization SIMRS is not good . The test results among the variables that influenceaspect human has a significance value of (0.007),aspects of the organization has a significance value of (0.015) and aspects of the technology has a significance value of (0.000). In Nagelkerke coefficient values are a value of 50.7% means that the utilization of RSD Kalisat SIMRS in general is influenced by these three aspects of 50.7%.
