Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine differences in income, total costs, receipts during the pre-pandemic, during the pandemic, and after the pandemic among broiler breeders in Rowokangkung District and Yosowilangun District, Lumajang Regency. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research, especially descriptive research to present a complete and clear picture by describing, analyzing, recording, interpreting situations, presenting social phenomena that occur clearly and in detail. Descriptive quantitative research is research that describes the state of the variables, namely the impact of the Covid- 19 pandemic for broiler breeders. The type of data is in the form of quantitative data, namely data on receipts, total expenses, income, the source of data is in the form of primary data. The sampling method was carried out by random sampling, with observation and interviews with breeders from Rowokangkung and Yosowilangun Districts, Lumajang Regency. Data analysis used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that breeders' income during the pandemic has decreased significantly. The decline in breeder income was due to the high total costs incurred by breeders and decreased breeder income.
