Abstract
Bondowoso is one of Regency that produce cultivation commodity. The main commodity that produced by Bondowoso regency is coffe in Farmer Group XI, Sumberwringin Bondowoso Regency. Farmer Group XI has produced green bean coffe, roasted coffe, and arabica ground coffe. There are some process in the production of arabica coffe products, it started from procurement of raw materials until the products reach the customers. This research aims to analyze the activities that produce value, both from within and outside the company. Value chain analysis can help Farmer Group XI to identify activities in value chain that can increase value added of arabica coffe products. This research is decriptive and quantitative research by using Purposive Sampling. Value Chain of arabica coffe in Farmer Group XI is involve 2 executants generally, there are Arabica coffee plantation cultivators as provider of Arabica coffee raw materials, and processing industries of Arabica coffee product. The total cost incurred by Farmer Group XI is Rp. 7,635,046 / month in the Arabica coffee production process, while the total revenue obtained is Rp. 15,000,000 / month and the total income / profit obtained by Farmer Group XI is Rp. 7,364,954 / month. The biggest value added of the three products is Arabica ground coffee of Rp. 1,383,500 / month. While for the lowest value added of Rp. 653,500 / month on Green bean products .
