Abstract

Mie Ujang Home Industry is one of agroindustries producing wet noodles in Jember Regency. Mie Ujang Home Industry also produces several types of products: dumpling skin and siomay skin. Mie Ujang Home Industry becomes one of the biggest wet noodles business in Jember Regency and is able to reach 750 kilograms producing capacity each day. Financial analysis is needed to evaluate the feasibility of a business as the consideration to keep doing and develop the business. Financial analysis done toward Mie Ujang Home Industry shown that this business is feasible to continue and develop. This is based on the NPV showing 2,190,886,403 value; IRR is in the amount of 218%; NET B/C is in the amount of 5.35. While PBP and BEP show 100 days and 1,045 days. Sensitivity analysis done toward Mie Ujang Home Industry using three asumptions: (1) The raw material and fuel oil cost rise 10% without the arising of the selling price, (2) The raw material and fuel oil cost rise 10% followed by the 10% selling price arising, and (3) The raw material and fuel cost are still but the selling price arises 10% indicate that Mie Ujang Home Industry is still feasible to do and develop.
