Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the Institutional Level Financial Application System (SAKTI) at the State Treasury Service Office Semarang I. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were selected with certain criteria, namely KPPN employees who acted as SAKTI users or users who had knowledge and understanding in using the SAKTI application. As mandated in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 171/PMK0.5/2021 concerning Implementation of the SAKTI System. This research gives the result that the implementation of the SAKTI application at the Semarang KPPN I has been implemented and implemented properly and effectively and has brought many positive and constructive influences in all implementation activities, main tasks and functions.
