Abstract

Divorce in the Supreme Court religious court in the 2014-2016 period could be said to be an increasing trend. From 344,237 divorces in 2014 rose to 365,633 in 2016. Facts in the field also prove the average divorce in general always goes up annually. (Source: Indonesian Supreme Court of Statistics, 2017, BPS). According to the jurisprudence expert of the marriage, Mr. Hermanto "the limitations of the community in understanding the law and Islamic law become one of the problems faced and lead to divorce". Nowadays, information disclosure is almost a barrier to the ignorance of ordinary Muslim communities in the meaning contained in the Quran and Hadits. Information about diversity should be openly presented, such as in the field of information technology so as to increase the source of knowledge, therefore there is a need for research and development of systems that have the ability like an expert especially in the field of marriage. The parameters that will be used in this study are the role of husband or wife, aspects of problems that often occur, and problems that are likely to occur frequently in marriages that result in divorce. The data obtained will be processed on the system and applied in the form of a mobile application. a system that is supported by experts who are able to solve problems in the household to reduce divorce in Indonesia by building good faith.
