Abstract

Ecotourism is tourism that presents all natural resources, which not only develops environmental aspects in terms of conservation, but also benefits the surrounding community, as one of the rural development efforts to improve the local economy and give an education to local people. KUB Lumba-Lumba is ecotourism in Payangan Village and it’s very potential to develop in there. Many people don’t know about KUB Lumba-Lumba. In this case, in order to get tourist’s attention, it needs more effective media that easily accessed by everyone, and there for websites is the most recommended media to create. The writer intended to make the websites related with KUB Lumba-Lumba tourism activities completed with the additional information accommodation, gallery, and contact service. It was developed in bilingual version, Bahasa Indonesia and English it could be accessed in www.kublumbalumbapayangan.com. In collecting the data, the writer divided the result into four parts, such as interview, observation, documentation, and audio visual. After conducted interview with head of KUB Lumba-Lumba. Head of KUB Lumba-Lumba told the writer that KUB Lumba-Lumba needed an official website in order to spread further information of tourism activities in KUB Lumba-Lumba especially for ecotourism. In developing this website took much time and efforts. First, the writer had to conduct interview with the head of KUB Lumba-Lumba in order to collecting data used for final project.
