Abstract

Laras Inti Agrisatwa Poultry of Agribusiness that all business activities involve raising cattle, upstream Company is one of the company on field of poultry and farm. The research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work environment, and compensation on employee productivity of production department at CV Laras Inti Agrisatwa Kabupaten Jember. The number of samples using in this research is 40 respondents. Motivation (X1), Environment (X2), and Compensation (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity. Partial regression testing showed that Motivation (X1), and Compensation (X3) which have significant effect on employee productivity. Environment (X2) has insignificant effect to employee productivity.
