Abstract

This study aims to explain the influences of planning, implementing, reporting, and evaluating performance on performance accountability in the Regional General Hospital in Sidoarjo Regency. This research is causal research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were Finance Employees at Sidoarjo Regional Hospital. The data source in this study is that primary data uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The statistical tool used to test the hypothesis is a regression with the help of the IBM Statistics application 23. The analysis results show that variable planning, implementation, reporting, and performance evaluation significantly influence performance accountability.
