Abstract
SIMRS is a communication information technology system that processes and integrates the entire flow of hospital services in the form of a network of coordination, reporting and administrative procedures to obtain information precisely and accurately. SIMRS aims to improve hospital efficiency, effectiveness, professionalism, performance and hospital access and services. One of the outputs from SIMRS is Hospital Reporting which sources come from data collected every day in hospital service activities. The use of SIMRS in NTB Provincial Hospital in preparing reports is still not optimal. There are reports that can not be generated and reports are still reprocessed using Microsoft Excel for editing so it takes a long time and results in delays in the provision of reports. In addition, reports generated by SIMRS have not been able to display graphs, make analysis and perform data filtering functions. The solution to the problem as well as the purpose of this study was the creation of an integrated medical record reporting application using the NTB Province SIMRS database. This research uses the waterfall system development method which consists of analysis, design, coding and testing. The results of this study are medical record reporting applications that are integrated with the NTB province SIMRS so that they can assist in making and providing reports more quickly and optimally
