Abstract
The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of mulberry species and various growth regulator substance along with both interaction against growth of mulberry cutting. This research conducted on November 2014 until January 2015 in state Polytechnic of Jember. The equipments for this research ar,hoe, budding scissors, watering can, cutter, analytic scale, stationery, beaker glass, polybag, spoon and transparent plastic bag.The materialwas used the mulberry cuttingmorus alba and morus multicaullis species. For planting media are farm, manure, hull of rice plant growth, red onion exstract, regulator substance, coconut water, fungicide, paranet and bamboo. In this research used rendomized block design factorial consist of six treatments with four time replicated included morus alba + Root Up (J1Z1), morus alba+red onion extract (J1Z2),morus alba+coconut water ( J1Z3), morus multicaullis+Root Up)(J2Z1), morus multicaullis+ red onion extract (J2Z2), morus multicaullis + coconut water ( J2Z3). The result of this research showed the percentage of budding on second weeks was significantly different. Then, some of leave, length of seed, and length of root showed non significantly.
