Abstract
Analysis of Inventory Control of Copra Meal Raw Material in Complete Feed Production of CV. Gumukmas Multi Farm with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method Mohammad Romi Fadillah Agroindustry Management Study Program Departement of Agribusiness Management ABSTRACT The aimed of this research was to know the right time to reorder (reorder point) of copra meal raw materials, to know total cost, to know the amount of safety stock of copra raw materials needed by CV. Gumukmas Multi Farm. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, at CV Gumukmas Multi Farm which is located on Jl Sultan Agung No 42, Krajan, Purwoasri, Gumukmas District, Jember Regency. The research method used in this research is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). According to company policy, the purchase of copra raw materials is 164.342 kg. Meanwhile, the purchase of copra raw materials to achieve optimal production is 194.242kg.Reorder points for copra meal raw materials were made 5 times with a minimum stock limit of 1.110 kg.
