Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of giving (Syzygium polyanthum (weight)) in the ration as an additional ingredient to the productivity of kampung super chicken. The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of four treatments, each treatment consisted of five replications and each replication consisted of ten super native chickens. The treatment consisted of P0 (without the addition of (Syzygium polyanthum (weight)), P1 (2%), P2 (3%) and P3 (4%). The treatment starts from super native chicken aged 7 days to 60 days. Parameters that was observed included: weight, carcass, percentage of carcass, weight of abdominal fat and percentage of abdominal fat. The results showed that the giving of (Syzygium polyanthum (weight)) in the ration as an additive to the productivity of 4% super native chickens in increasing productivity of kampung super chicken.
