Abstract

Posyandu is a community-based activity that aims to reduce AKI, AKB and AKBA. The Posyandu Gerbangmas Siaga in Dawuhan Lor village, Lumajang has 8 posyandu. Based on interviews conducted by researchers, all regsiter data recording of pregnant women and toddlers is still carried out manually in the posyandu gerbangmas siaga group. Manual system causing problems are writing is difficult to read, pens fade easily, register books are easily torn and register reports many have not been filled. The solution provided by the researcher was to design and create the Information System of posyandu Gerbangmas Siaga Lumajang. The type of research used is Research and Development with the waterfall method. The data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation and brainstorming. The result of this study is the Information System of Posyandu Gerbangmas Siaga Lumajang which can assist in health service activities and recording register data for pregnant women and toddlers. In this system, there is a user data menu consisting of data on pregnant women and toddlers, the master data menu consists of a posyandu data entry menu, activity data entry, immunization data entry menu for pregnant women and toddlers, an entry menu for counseling pregnant women and toddlers and a transaction menu consisting of a schedule entry menu for pregnant women and toddlers, and message data. The advantages of this system are the posyandu gerbangmas register reporting system feature and the broadcast message sending feature by whatsapp gateway. Cadres and midwives are expected to read and understand the SIPADU (Posyandu Information System) guidebook that has been made by researchers before running the application.
